Canceling prior to your account RENEWAL date.

Per our TERMS OF SERVICE, all eTigons accounts/plans auto renew!
eTigons does NOT issue refunds for renewed accounts.
It is the obligation of the eTigons client to know when his account comes up for renewal. It is the client’s obligation to provide eTigons with a valid working e-mail address at the time that the client signs up for his eTigons account and it is the sole responsibility of the client to update the e-mail address on file in his eTigons account should he change his e-mail address after signing up with eTigons. Additionally it is the sole responsibility of the client to verify that he receives e-mail eTigons sends to the e-mail address on file in his eTigons. At any point in time, a client can log in to the billing area for his eTigons account at http://eTigons.com/clients/ to update his e-mail address (personal information), check the renewal date for any of his hosting.
TO PREVENT ACCOUNT RENEWAL
If an eTigons client intends to cancel his account (stop the renewal of his account) the client must correctly submit a cancellation request form at http://eTigons.com/cancel SEVEN business days prior to his account's renewal date. In which case, it is the client’s obligation to confirm the cancellation request that he submitted, in writing, by replying to the eTigons e-mail (without altering the subject line) that is sent by eTigons in reply to the client AFTER the client submitted his cancellation request form at http://eTigons.com/cancel. The client’s cancellation request reply confirmation must be received by eTigons at least FIVE business days prior to the renewal date.
CLIENT’S MUST PROVIDE THE E-MAIL ADDRESS ON FILE IN THE ETIGONS ACCOUNT ON THE CANCELLATION FORM (http://eTigons.com/cancel ). CANCELLATION REQUESTS RECEIVED FROM AN E-MAIL ADDRESS OTHER THAN THE E-MAIL ADDRESS ON THE CLIENT’S ACCOUNT WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
To prevent a renewal invoice from being posted to a client’s credit card (paypal account) the client must confirm the cancellation request form he submitted (as outlined above) AT LEAST FIVE business days prior to the renewal date. If the client fails to submit and confirm the cancellation request form as outlined above, eTigons can NOT guarantee that the client’s credit card (paypal account) will not be charged.
If a client submits a cancellation request form at http://eTigons.com/cancel prior to the renewal date BUT less than SEVEN business days prior to the renewal date and/or confirms the cancellation request as outlined above prior to the renewal date but less than FIVE business days prior to the renewal date thus resulting in the client’s credit card (paypal account) being automatically charged, the client will be issued a refund however if a domain name was auto renewed, $24.95 will be deducted from any refund due in which case the client will be sent instructions on how to continue to use the domain name after their cancellation request has been processed).
The 30 day money back guarantee applies only to the start date (sign up date) of the clients' service with eTigons and does not apply to renewal of service. NOTE day on is the day the client signed up with eTigons. Day two is the following day, etc. eTigons does NOT issue refunds to clients who cancel after the 30 day trial period has ended.
