Before you can restore an SQL database, you must first perform a backup of the database.
To restore a backed up database, do the following steps:

  1. Login to your cPanel (http://yourdomain.com/cpanel)
  2. In the Databases box: click phpMyAdmin. A new window will open.
  3. Click the Import tab
  4. In the File to import box: click Browse to locate your backed up database file on your computer.
  5. Leave all other options as is.
  6. Click Go
Your database is now restored.

If your database file is too big, follow this instructions to restore large databases using SSH.
